Sandy Hook Update: Newtown Holds Back Death Certificates -The Cover Up
In this article I would like to discuss the recent Sandy Hook Update in Newtown, Connecticut. We’ve already discovered that Dr H Wayne Carver had bill 1054 approved in 2011 to hold back autopsy reports. This Bill gives the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner authority to prevent disclosing autopsy reports on pediatric homicides to the general public.
Sandy Hook Update
On Wednesday, February 20th, Newtown’s delegation of legislators Representatives supported a bill to protect the privacy of Sandy Hook families and others following the death of a child. The proposal before the legislature’s Public Health Committee, HB 5733, would allow officials to restrict access to the death certificates of children when it is likely to cause undue hardship for the family of the child. Current law allows any adult the ability to purchase a copy of the death certificate of any resident from their town clerk.
Newtown Legislators All Back Privacy Restrictions On Vital Records
(The Newtown Bee article is not available anymore) – See a FOX report here
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner has the authority to hold back autopsy reports of “pediatric homicides,” and now Newtown seeks to deny independent journalists and newspapers access to public record death certificates of Sandy Hook victims.
“It is my strong belief and fear that the disclosure of certain information would lead to identity theft and harassment of family members, not to mention the inevitable constant visitation of strangers to the gravesides, regardless of reason,” Ms Weimann said in testimony, which was provided to The Bee. “The burial location is a place for friends and family to visit their loved one. It is a time of solace and reflection, especially for the families of those lost on December 14.”
All under the disguise to protect the victims families. They were already successful in passing bill 1054 to prevent disclosure of pediatric homicide autopsy reports, now they are trying to change the law and restrict us, the people, from doing our own independent research by denying us access to the death certificates.
But this is not all they do. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Connecticut also denied family members to see their deceased loved ones body. Teacher Lauren Rousseau died in the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting at age 30. Her Canadian-born father, Gilles Rousseau, told Radio-Canada that he wanted to see his daughter’s body but was informed by authorities that it would not be possible.
“They told me, ‘You can’t see (the body),'” Gilles Rousseau said. “Because most people he shot, it was two or three shots in the face, point-blank.”
In the above video you can see Anderson Cooper interviewing the McDonnell Family. They were not allowed to see their daughter Grace McDonnell. Not even at the funeral home. In the full interview Cooper said the following:
COOPER: They weren’t able to see Grace. They were warned not to see her, but they went to the funeral home and they told us that the little casket was white. And they brought magic markers and she and her husband and son Jack used those magic markers and basically Jack said they graffitied the casket, but they basically painted all the things on the casket that Grace loved.
I went to the Chief Medical Examiner’s website and looked at their documents. As stated in the What is an Autopsy? brochure:
The death certificate is public information. In order to comply with the law, the Office for the Chief Medical Examiner will release information on the death certificate to the press when asked. We do not send this information to the press unless asked. The autopsy report remains at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner. The autopsy report is not public information. It is available to a limited number of people or institutions as defined by regulation. By law, it can only be obtained from the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
In their document brochure OCME, it is stated that viewing could be done at the Chief Medical Examiner’s office through a television system, or at the funeral home of their choice. I couldn’t find anything that gives their office the authority to not allow relatives access to their loved ones body. There should always be a way for family members to say good-bye, to find closure.
I’m having a hard time believing that all of the parents willingly complied with this decision. There is always a way. If the Medical Examiner suggest that you should not view the body, then this is one thing. But to deny it? I tried to look up Federal Law, but I couldn’t find a specific paragraph, however the Universal Human Rights should cover that part. According to the MSM, we know that victim Jack Pinto had an open casket funeral.
Noah Pozner laid in an open casket for his wake, Veronique Pozner, his mother, told the Jewish Daily Forward that she made the painful decision to to have an open casket for his wake in order to show people the “ugliness” of gun violence.
Just before the ceremony, Connecticut Governor Malloy came to the funeral home to pay his respects. Veronique took him by the arm and brought him to the casket. Noah’s famously long eyelashes — which she spoke about in her eulogy — rested lightly on his cheeks and a cloth covered the place where the lower half of his face had been.
“I just needed it to be real for [the governor],” she says. “This was a live, warm, energetic little boy whose life was snuffed out in a fraction of a second because our schools are so defenseless.” – See article.
Where am I going with this? Looking at the latest development in Newtown hiding open access vital records from the press and public, and the discoveries and corruption within the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, it seems like it would be the easiest thing of all to set up a fake event and get away with it.
I’m not saying nobody has died. However, everyone who saw the interviews with some of the Parents thought this can’t be real. Robbie Parker was the main reason I started to investigate Sandy Hook. Nick and Laura Phelps have been exposed as Sandy Hook actors. Read about them here. It is like an insult to our intelligence.
Another video that was posted a couple of days ago on YouTube, goes over the procedure all Paramedic/EMT/FF must follow. Before we watch the video, I would like to go back to an article I wrote almost 2 months ago:
09:46Am – Recording at 02:59:”We got bodies here” (3)
Who is checking said bodies for vitals, and why aren’t they requesting more ambulances by now?
09:48AM – Recording at 05:11: “Might possibly need a second medic” (3)
Might need a second medic? So all of this carnage and they might need a second medic. Just maybe.
10:03AM – Recording at 20:06:“What is the number of ambulances you require? Response:”They don’t know, they’re not giving us a number” (3)
10:03, and not even a rough estimate for more ambulances. Heck, not even a request for one. So by 10:03, “they’ve” checked all of the vitals of all of the victims, and have concluded that they won’t need ambulances? Or is it by 10:03, they hadn’t even found the victims in the two front classrooms yet? I don’t understand…”They’re not giving us a number” – why not?
10:11AM – Recording at 28:16: “I got multiple ambulance personnel coming in now, can we create that staging area, command area, within the fire eh Sandy Hook School parking area?” (3)
10:12AM – Recording at 28:26: “Negative Newtown, any ambulances coming in will have to stage at Sandy Hook firehouse and we’ll follow up” (3)
They really don’t seem to want any ambulances near the scene. Or any ambulances period.
1. Last I checked dispatches, the police on scene and any school officials that may have seen the carnage did not have EMT training, check every victim on the scene or have the ability to make that medical diagnosis.
2. Even if the ambulance was called 10 minutes after the initial call (overestimating) the fact they were called off so soon defies any ability for the most experienced and trained EMT personnel to make that call on 26 victims.
3. By every state law, only the Coroner or a licensed Doctor (depending on the state), can declare someone dead. That would be the only justification for calling off EMT personnel.
So tell me again how in less than (and I am being generous) 30 minutes the police on scene could legally declare all the victims dead?
Watch the Video below: Shocking New Sandy Hook Shooting Information
More recent news:
New Haven attorney Irving Pinsky’s request for sealed information relating to the shooting drew ire from Attorney General George Jepsen.
The News-Times of Danbury, joined by The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Associated Press and Gannett Westchester newspapers are asking a Connecticut Superior Court judge to unseal search warrants and all related court records in the Sandy Hook School massacre. The prosecutor opposes unsealing the warrants even though the shooter is dead and there will be no prosecution.
