James Yeager Video: Tennessee Suspends Yeager’s Gun Permit
In this article we will write about the Tactical Response CEO James Yeager Video, in which he threatened to start “killing people” if President Obama takes executive action on gun control. His Video went viral on Youtube and Facebook last Wednesday. Tennessee suspends Yeager’s Gun Permit on a “material likelihood of risk of harm to the public” according to a statement made by Col. Tracy Trott of the Tennessee Department Of Safety.
Yeager removed the video by Thursday morning, but by that time it was already too late. Crooksandliars made a copy and posted the below video from Yeager on their website.
James Yeager Video
“I’m telling you that if that happens, it’s going to spark a civil war, and I’ll be glad to fire the first shot. I’m not putting up with it. You shouldn’t put up with it. And I need all you patriots to start thinking about what you’re going to do, load your damn mags, make sure your rifle’s clean, pack a backpack with some food in it and get ready to fight.”
“I’m not f*cking putting up with this. I’m not letting my country be ruled by a dictator. I’m not letting anybody take my guns! If it goes one inch further, I’m going to start killing people.”
CEO James Yeager from Tactical Response caught quite some criticism in regards to his video, but received an overall positive response. Yeager stated in “Pack Your Bags Part 2,” that he understands his video was volatile, but that people would have no idea how many emails, texts and calls he has received that told him “Right on, my sh*t is cleaned, my bag is packed, you tell me when and where.”
“You have no idea how quickly I’d accidentally assembled an army, I assure you, a quite formidable army.”
“But now is not the time, it’s not time yet. It is time to get ready, start stretching, start practicing. Start talking with your friends, coordinating on a local basis.”
“I stand fast with my message, I’ve drawn my line in the sand. Not one more inch.”

The State of Tennessee took quick action after hearing the above statements by James Yeager, who communicated his ability to be able to quickly assemble a “formidable army,” and his message to the people to coordinate on a local basis.
Tracy Trottv stated it didn’t take him long to reach a decision after viewing the comments on the Internet.
“I watched it twice to make sure I was hearing what I thought I heard, it sounded like it was a veiled threat against the whole public. I believed him. He had a conviction in his voice, and the way he looked into the camera, I believe he’s capable of a violent act”
In a Channel 4 News interview, James Yeager stated that he is aware of the suspension, and that his attorney will handle all future statements. The department said Yeager has the right to seek a review of the decision.
The Tactical Response CEO posted a new video “Pack Your Bags Part 3” in which he appears with his attorney and apologizes for his prior comments.
“In another video I said some pretty volatile stuff, which I apologize for. I do not – in any way – advocate overthrowing the United States government. Nor do I condone violent actions toward any elected officials”
