Sandy Hook Update: Newtown Holds Back Death Certificates -The Cover Up

In this article I would like to discuss the recent Sandy Hook Update in Newtown, Connecticut. We’ve already discovered that Dr H Wayne Carver had bill 1054 approved in 2011 to hold back autopsy reports. This Bill gives the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner authority to prevent disclosing autopsy reports on pediatric homicides to the general public.

Sandy Hook Update

On Wednesday, February 20th, Newtown’s delegation of legislators Representatives supported a bill to protect the privacy of Sandy Hook families and others following the death of a child. The proposal before the legislature’s Public Health Committee, HB 5733, would allow officials to restrict access to the death certificates of children when it is likely to cause undue hardship for the family of the child. Current law allows any adult the ability to purchase a copy of the death certificate of any resident from their town clerk.

Newtown Legislators All Back Privacy Restrictions On Vital Records

(The Newtown Bee article is not available anymore) – See a FOX report here

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner has the authority to hold back autopsy reports of “pediatric homicides,” and now Newtown seeks to deny independent journalists and newspapers access to public record death certificates of Sandy Hook victims.

“It is my strong belief and fear that the disclosure of certain information would lead to identity theft and harassment of family members, not to mention the inevitable constant visitation of strangers to the gravesides, regardless of reason,” Ms Weimann said in testimony, which was provided to The Bee. “The burial location is a place for friends and family to visit their loved one. It is a time of solace and reflection, especially for the families of those lost on December 14.”

All under the disguise to protect the victims families. They were already successful in passing bill 1054 to prevent disclosure of pediatric homicide autopsy reports, now they are trying to change the law and restrict us, the people, from doing our own independent research by denying us access to the death certificates.

But this is not all they do. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Connecticut also denied family members to see their deceased loved ones body. Teacher Lauren Rousseau died in the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting at age 30. Her Canadian-born father, Gilles Rousseau, told Radio-Canada that he wanted to see his daughter’s body but was informed by authorities that it would not be possible.

“They told me, ‘You can’t see (the body),’” Gilles Rousseau said. “Because most people he shot, it was two or three shots in the face, point-blank.”

Parents have not been allowed to see the bodies of their children

In the above video you can see Anderson Cooper interviewing the McDonnell Family. They were not allowed to see their daughter Grace McDonnell. Not even at the funeral home. In the full interview Cooper said the following:

COOPER: They weren’t able to see Grace. They were warned not to see her, but they went to the funeral home and they told us that the little casket was white. And they brought magic markers and she and her husband and son Jack used those magic markers and basically Jack said they graffitied the casket, but they basically painted all the things on the casket that Grace loved.

I went to the Chief Medical Examiner’s website and looked at their documents. As stated in the What is an Autopsy? brochure:

The death certificate is public information. In order to comply with the law, the Office for the Chief Medical Examiner will release information on the death certificate to the press when asked. We do not send this information to the press unless asked. The autopsy report remains at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner. The autopsy report is not public information. It is available to a limited number of people or institutions as defined by regulation. By law, it can only be obtained from the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.

In their document brochure OCME, it is stated that viewing could be done at the Chief Medical Examiner’s office through a television system, or at the funeral home of their choice. I couldn’t find anything that gives their office the authority to not allow relatives access to their loved ones body. There should always be a way for family members to say good-bye, to find closure.

I’m having a hard time believing that all of the parents willingly complied with this decision. There is always a way. If the Medical Examiner suggest that you should not view the body, then this is one thing. But to deny it? I tried to look up Federal Law, but I couldn’t find a specific paragraph, however the Universal Human Rights should cover that part. According to the MSM, we know that victim Jack Pinto had an open casket funeral.

Noah Pozner laid in an open casket for his wake, Veronique Pozner, his mother, told the Jewish Daily Forward that she made the painful decision to to have an open casket for his wake in order to show people the “ugliness” of gun violence.

Just before the ceremony, Connecticut Governor Malloy came to the funeral home to pay his respects. Veronique took him by the arm and brought him to the casket. Noah’s famously long eyelashes — which she spoke about in her eulogy — rested lightly on his cheeks and a cloth covered the place where the lower half of his face had been.

“I just needed it to be real for [the governor],” she says. “This was a live, warm, energetic little boy whose life was snuffed out in a fraction of a second because our schools are so defenseless.” – See article.

Where am I going with this? Looking at the latest development in Newtown hiding open access vital records from the press and public, and the discoveries and corruption within the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, it seems like it would be the easiest thing of all to set up a fake event and get away with it.

Where are the Sandy Hook Bodies?

First Photos of Sandy Hook Bodies

I’m not saying nobody has died. However, everyone who saw the interviews with some of the Parents thought this can’t be real. Robbie Parker was the main reason I started to investigate Sandy Hook. Nick and Laura Phelps have been exposed as Sandy Hook actors. Read about them here. It is like an insult to our intelligence.

If you search the internet for Sandy Hook actors, you will find various entries and articles.

Another video that was posted a couple of days ago on YouTube, goes over the procedure all Paramedic/EMT/FF must follow. Before we watch the video, I would like to go back to an article I wrote almost 2 months ago:

Sandy Hook Elementary Shooting: Conspiracy in Newtown

09:46Am – Recording at 02:59:”We got bodies here” (3)

Who is checking said bodies for vitals, and why aren’t they requesting more ambulances by now?

09:48AM – Recording at 05:11: “Might possibly need a second medic” (3)

Might need a second medic? So all of this carnage and they might need a second medic. Just maybe.

10:03AM – Recording at 20:06:“What is the number of ambulances you require? Response:”They don’t know, they’re not giving us a number” (3)

10:03, and not even a rough estimate for more ambulances. Heck, not even a request for one. So by 10:03, “they’ve” checked all of the vitals of all of the victims, and have concluded that they won’t need ambulances? Or is it by 10:03, they hadn’t even found the victims in the two front classrooms yet? I don’t understand…”They’re not giving us a number” – why not?

10:11AM – Recording at 28:16: “I got multiple ambulance personnel coming in now, can we create that staging area, command area, within the fire eh Sandy Hook School parking area?” (3)

10:12AM – Recording at 28:26: “Negative Newtown, any ambulances coming in will have to stage at Sandy Hook firehouse and we’ll follow up” (3)

They really don’t seem to want any ambulances near the scene. Or any ambulances period.

1. Last I checked dispatches, the police on scene and any school officials that may have seen the carnage did not have EMT training, check every victim on the scene or have the ability to make that medical diagnosis.

2. Even if the ambulance was called 10 minutes after the initial call (overestimating) the fact they were called off so soon defies any ability for the most experienced and trained EMT personnel to make that call on 26 victims.

3. By every state law, only the Coroner or a licensed Doctor (depending on the state), can declare someone dead. That would be the only justification for calling off EMT personnel.

So tell me again how in less than (and I am being generous) 30 minutes the police on scene could legally declare all the victims dead?

Prosecutor opposes unsealing the warrants even though the shooter is dead and there will be no prosecution

The News-Times of Danbury, joined by The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Associated Press and Gannett Westchester newspapers are asking a Connecticut Superior Court judge to unseal search warrants and all related court records in the Sandy Hook School massacre. The prosecutor opposes unsealing the warrants even though the shooter is dead and there will be no prosecution.

Thanks for this report, Kennedy. Sure looks like they set things up for a total cover-up, even before the fact with Carver’s bizarre legislation of holding back pediatric autopsies. How anyone can take the official story seriously, when the officials have gone to such lengths to legally prohibit any kind of verification, is beyond me. That kind of secrecy should lead everyone to be very suspicious of what actually happened that day. It’s all completely unprecedented and unwarranted.

And excuse me if I don’t believe for a second that Noah Pozner was in an open casket in front of the governor. Fool me once….

    • Kennedy Ray says:

Thanks Curios! Yes, Pozner. You know, I was going to include Noah’s picture and show a comparison to the boy in the Greenberg/Sexton album. All the videos on youtube are deleted regarding this. I had it already open in Photoshop, I did an overlay. But I chose to leave it out. Pozners and Pinto’s were the only open casket funerals I found online. Veronique Pozner gives me the chills, especially after her immediate gun control push. All of the Parents on camera for this matter. We never heard of the Pinto family, so maybe he was a real victim.

They call us crazy conspiracy theorists, but EVERY parent I talked to, let it be at work or in the neighborhood, said the same thing. They way they acted after losing a child is beyond everything I have ever seen in my life. You would have seen me with swollen shut eyes from crying, not in my right state of mind..no picture perfect living room with a Christmas tree, and smiles like it is just another day in my life. I could have cared less if the President wanted to talk with me or not.

      • ~curious~ says:

I cried for several days and withdrew in mourning after one of my chickens died a few months ago. Call me overly sentimental, but really, I can’t imagine what kind of basket case I’d be losing a child — and these people are giving these kinds of bizarre interviews and speeches? I’m wondering if the real perpetrators actually brought bad actors to The Sandy Hook Show on purpose — to flaunt in our faces just how much power and control they have over us. It’s really quite a shocker that they’re getting away with this one — a very frightening conclusion to reach.

  2. Rich Buckley says:

Most combat veterans I know, tend to both agree and disagree: the public should have a right to see, inspect and report all the facts, but should not be allowed to publish photos of the children. Photos will scare memories and do cause traumatic stress on loved ones.

    • ~curious~ says:

No doubt. But just imagine a few other, less painful photographs…. you know, like a picture of some part of the crime scene, a picture of Adam Lanza from the surveillance video cameras, some bloody footprints? And while we’re at it, how about just one picture of an actual evacuation of the 400+ students, or perhaps a photo from one of those aerial cameras of the traffic jam that would have ensued from the many hundreds of cars of terrified family members arriving to retrieve their beloved children, or an photo from inside the fire house that shows more than just a few kids?

Until I see actual evidence, I will never take the word of the proven liars in the media and government that this event even happened, and was anything other than a very poorly produced, staged event.

  3. Omega Man says:

    Thanks for transcription and site.

    On page 16 of the ExPlan dated March 26,2011 for the Operation Closed Campus in Iowa…one of the general rules reads;

All communications (e.g., written, radio, telephone) during the exercise will begin and end with the statement “This is an excercise”

how does this relate to Sandy Hook? or does it?

  4. One of the most interesting things I’ve heard about Sandy Hook Elementary School was by a poster named Sherry. She did an in-depth look at the operational schools on the day of the so-called shooting, and came to the conclusion that Sandy Hook Elementary wasn’t an operational school at all.

In fact, after she checked further, she said it wasn’t even on the list of schools operating in the state of Connecticut. All of the other schools in the area had teachers’ cars in the parking lot, etc.–but notice that the only vehicles in the Sandy Hook parking lot were first responder-type vehicles–no regular cars, as would be driven by the teachers and staff.

I keep the info from Sherry in the back of my mind when I read the information about Sandy Hook. I think this is an important piece of the puzzle that’s being put together in search of the truth about the goings-on at Sandy Hook.

    • -swansong- says:

I think the truth falls somewhere in-between. In my latest article I talk about many phone calls I made to Sandy Hook school and the division offices and how difficult it was to get a live person on the phone.

I also found a couple of aerial pics from SHE that show cars in the parking lot in 2012.

I think the school may have been running with very few students. As a matter of fact in Oct of 2012 parents were fighting to keep Head O Meadow open as the division wanted to shut it down.

      http://newtown.patch.com/articles/head-o-meadow-parents-oppose-closing-their-children-s-school

Add that to the empty school they had to move SHE into and it paints a pic of a town with very few school aged kids.

  5. Tim McGuire says:

Where there is this much smoke there is fire. I am glad I do not live in this jack boot Progressive (i.e. Communist ) state.
